Toye has been Leading, Coaching and training in various capacities since 1998, he decided to set up the company when he observed that many business leaders allowed their companies to lead them and never really had enough time to enjoy the fruits of their labours.
The company operates using timeless true north principles, and concepts taught in the Toye's forth coming book `7 Essential Principles to Grow Any Business` How to use true north principles to renew your passion, increase productivity and your profits.
`True North’ is a navigational point on a gyro compass – an unchanging point of reference and grounding, despite shifting conditions and turbulent environments.
